Mr. Mukesh Panika heads the Arts Initiative at Religare. He has been the master mind for this Initiative and has been working hard on putting together its various aspects. Prior to getting associated with Religare, Mr. Panika has handled several challenging assignments in India and abroad. He has recently shifted base from New York to head the Religare Arts Initiative, where he was the founder and Executive Director of an Arts based cultural organization called ArtsAid in New York City (www.artsaid.org).

Mr. Panika has a illustrious educational background - Bachelors in Architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi; Masters in History, Theory and Criticism from University of Cincinnati, USA followed by another Masters from London School of Economics in Regional and Urban Planning. He has approximately 12 years of work experience.

Mrs. Sumithra Ravindran is the Associate-Vice-President of the Religare Arts Initiative. She holds a Masters in Business Administration and has 29 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has worked with a wide range of Organizations in different industrial segments ranging from Commercial banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies, Manufacturing, Construction and Art.

Ms. Suruchi Jain has done her Bachelor in Arts from the Delhi University. After a brief stint at a multimedia academy she went on to complete her Diploma in Fine Arts from South Delhi Polytechnic for Women, New Delhi. She has been actively involved in independent art projects and was till recently working as an Arts Coordinator at the Visual Arts Gallery, India Habitat Centre.

Mr. Mahesh Kumar has completed his graduation in Commerce from Delhi University. His major assignment was with PKF Finance Ltd and Magma Leasing Ltd. as Sr. Section Officer. He brings along with him 10 years of experience in accounts, finance, customer relations and all other customer processes.
