Alka Pande- Consultant, Arts Advisor & Curator

Dr Alka Pande, currently Consultant Arts Advisor and Curator, Visual Arts Gallery, India Habitat Centre, has been responsible for curating some of Delhi's most unusual and perceptive shows in recent times. She is also the visiting Faculty for Aesthetics at the College of Art, Reader at the Department of Fine Arts, Punjab University, Chandigarh and also has a range of academic papers and lectures on diverse aspects of the arts to her credit. She has authored several books on art and art history, and has a special interest in ancient Indian erotic literature and art as well as gender and sexuality. Dr.Pande also offers art advisory services to corporate and individuals on art procurement and investment.

She has done her Post- Doctoral in Critical Art Theory from, Goldsmiths College, University of London, under the aegis of the Charles Wallace India Trust Award and holds a PhD from Punjab University. She has also done a double MA, one from Punjab University in the History of Art and one from Bombay University in History. She did her Graduation from Delhi University in Economic Hons.

Ms.Tunty Chauhan's genesis from a small gallery in Vishakhapatnam to her current position of exceptional recognition is filled with insight and ingenuity in understanding Indian art's contemporary vision and its impact on society. Ms. Chauhan is committed to bring concurrent Indian Art to pivotal attention and has a penetrating insight for picking up some of the best names in the art circuit. She has also successfully curated various exhibitions and planned a number of artist retreats. Apart from offering consultancy services she is running the Threshold Art Gallery that she had started in 1997.
